Our fees :
Usage wants the originator of any real estate transaction
to be remunerated of 5 % Duty-free of
this one.
This remuneration is shared by half, or 2,5
% Duty-free for the seller and 2,5
% Duty-free to be paid by the purchaser.
Also depending on the mandate and purpose real estate,
the remuneration of the transaction will be 5%
Duty-free and will be borne by the purchaser.
Upon successful completion of a transaction following
a presentation by IMMOGESSY REAL ESTATE SARL
(including Virtual, or Effective Internet-Visit)
fees above will be payable on the total amount of
the transaction.
